how can I improve on my stamina if I'm 14? read description
my whole family smoked ever since I was born, it completely ruins my football career. I am the fastest lineman on my team but only for the first sprint!! I keep thinking about how great of a player, maybe even a position where I can get the ball, I could've been if I wasn't surrounded by smoke. bad news though, my lungs are already as black as an everyday basis smoker. is there a way I can improve my stamina in a shortest way possible?
