If i get fired,how long does my employer have to give me my paycheck

Unless law has changed, employer is required to pay you up at time of termination, or quitting time.
Most employers ignore this law, and get away with it because local law and courts support employers far above individual citizens.

You must receive it at the time you are terminated. Therefore, the employer has no time.
