How many calories should i eat a day

Depend on your weight
I weigh250 n 1800 cal i can make it
But i workout 3-4 days a week

It really just depends. Your caloric intake should be based on what your body needs. You know how much you should be eating better than anyone else (including people here, doctors, whoever).

It depends on your gender and age group.
If you are female:
Age 9-13: 1,200 to 1,800 calories
Age 14-18: 1,800 to 2,400
Age 19-30: 2,000 to 2,400
Age 31-50: 1,800 to 2,200
Over age 51: 1,600 to 2,200

If you are male:
Age 9-13: 1,800 to 2,600
Age 14-18: 2,200 to 3,200
Age 19-30: 2,400 to 3,000
Age 31-50: 2,200 to 3,000
Over age 51: 2,000 to 2,800

This is all based on how active you are. The first number is for someone who is not very active and the second number is for people who are very active.
