what is the BEST way to lose weight, in a good effective time period?
so im 16, iv been working out for a little over a year and over that year iv gained 35 lbs of mucles. But im toping out at 255 lbs. And when we had our NYS fitness test i had 87 lbs of body fat! I know iv lost weight from the last time i did maybe like 10-15 lbs over the summer, but schools starting up again, so can an hour of running on the elliptical machine after school help me lose weight? or running overall help lose weight? please help
