Does doing lot of cardio help you lose weight more so than weight lifting?

Weight lifting helps build muscle, it also can help with some weight loss. But not as much as running does.

Cardio will help you lose weight. Weight lifting will make you gain weight since you are forming more muscle which is heavy. Example. A body builder is bigger and weighs more than a Sprinter (runner)

Both are good because they do different things. Cardio burns calories. Weights build muscle that use more calories as fuel.

No. Minute by minute, Weight Training is always going to burn the most fat, regardless how much more cardio or interval training you replace it with.
