why does my elbow hyperextend and how to make it stop?
i'm a gymnast and every part of my body hyperextends. in gymnastics that's a good thing and you have to do it a lot but my therapist said to stop. i only do it when i have to. and it's usually my knees that are the worst but now my elbow has started to do it. for my knee, i just use a knee brace and ice it. for my elbow i don't know what to do. please don't tell me to see a therapist/doctor cause then i'll have to make a big deal about it. help?
