Watch funny videos on YouTube (if you need ideas you can find me in the comments), read a book, watch your favourite movie, call up your beat friend, go on fb and watch Best Vines, go for a run, write out how you feel, express you you feel by painting/drawing, listen to some good upbeat music that isn't sad, there are lots of things you can do :)
Read the bible. Also do some fun things to amuse yourself like watching a movie, reading a book. Is there any particular reason you're feeling sad? If so, try to work things out. I hope it works for you :)
Watch a funny video, got to memebase.com,hang out with friends, exercise or go for a walk (I go running to clear my head),listen to peace sign by lights, play video games with friends, talk to someone about how you feel,get some fresh air, if you have a pet play with them and take them for a walk, punch something, that's what I do :)
We all sometimes experience some type of disappointment or sadness. However, we can seek counsel In the scriptures. We can find true friendship and a relationship with our creator Jehovah God. You can start by talking to him through prayer and telling him exactly how you feel. Psalms 94: 22 states: "But Jehovah will become a secure height for me, And my God the rock of my refuge". Even king David after all the mistakes he had made felt sadness but sought out to seek a personal relationship with Jehovah God to help calm those fears and sadness. You can do the same and you will see that Jehovah God never disappoints us. Www.jw.org
1. Talk about it. If you have a friend that you can really confide in, talk to that friend when sadness overwhelms you. 2. Write about it. Put your thoughts on paper helps to organize your thoughts and sort things out so that the sadness is less overwhelming. 3. Pray about it - Philippians 4:6,7.
