What should my group and I sell to high school students at lunch time?

Our class has a business assignment that is worth 20% of our grade, that involves selling things(food, sillybands, candy) to high school students. We're marked on profits and a write-up. What would you want to buy, that is under 5$$$?

with it being this cold outside, hot chocolate. sell something at lunch that students cant get. cupcakes, sweets, candy, anything in that category. who's gonna wanna buy a sandwich? not very many. some people bring their own food. the things i listed, in my opinion, are what will catch the students' eyes more than a sandwich.

The best thing to do first is to distinguish what the students like. After that, you and your group can now look for what to sell. In my opinion, the types of foods under $5 are things like sandwiches, baggers and fruit salads.

If you can sell candy (always a huge seller), get somebody to buy boxes of candy bars at a wholesale club and sell them for what they cost at the store.

This is more complicated, but the school had servers from the nearby Hooters bring chicken wings and fixed it so that the school got a percentage of the sale price.

Ask other students what they want and is not being sold at the school. Ask them what they would like to buy and then you can sell what they want and you can't go wrong! : D
