Spirulina! It is sooo good for you. Spirulina is a plant that gets rid of all the toxins in your body; it has been known to help reduce the chance of cancer, help against arthritis and many other things. It either comes in powder or pills (if you decide to take the powder I would suggest mixing it with juice instead of water). Like I said It is sooo good for you and I strongly suggest that everyone takes it!
Believe it or not, for some reason I came up with putting these things in a juicer mixed with raw honey. Broccoli, fresh garlic, brussel sprouts, spirulina, oranges, dark grapes, mango, kiwi, blue berries, black berries and pineapple. All are fresh and make sure no fruits have been genetically altered. Meaning if they use to have seeds in them, they still do. Altered fruits are worthless. I also pour some in my ice tray. Great for a summer cool down. Don't be surprised if in the near future some doctor will find that this combo can cure some cancers.
I don't know about foods or drinks. But, there is something that I'm taking. I am taking, Nature Made's Vitamins. It's called, VitaMelts Vitamin C Immune System. It is orange flavored. Some foods and drinks that improve the immune system are oranges, lemons, water, orange juice, tangerines, and green tea. Oranges, orange juice, tangerines, lemons, and green tea are high in vitamin C.
