Look out the front window. Watching the passing scenery can confirm your balance system's detection of motion and help resolve the mismatch that causes car sickness. Focus on a non-moving object in the distance, such as the horizon. Don't do anything that involves focusing on a fixed spot, such as reading or playing a card game. Don't turn around or look from side to side much.
Try not to look out the window, try looking at your lap or the floor and imagining you're somewhere else and not in a car, car sickness can be related to motion sickness, looking out the window where everything would be wizzing by could cause a little trouble
I get car sick easily, and I find pills are helpful. However, because the pills are often unreliable, there are pressure points on your wrists which if you press, can reduce sickness levels. Also, avoid reading and playing video game, I find watching a movie or sleeping takes my mind off sickness and allows me to better enjoy my ride.
Honestly I get car sick every time I travel, what I do is just listen to music and go to sleep or watch a movie on your phone or ipod just get your mind off it. Also don't eat what's so ever you'll end up throwing up and don't eat junky food makes things worst Hope this helps
