Look out the window. Motion sickness can be eased by your eyes seeing why your body is moving. If not go buy motion sickness pills.

Look out the front window. Watching the passing scenery can confirm your balance system's detection of motion and help resolve the mismatch that causes car sickness. Focus on a non-moving object in the distance, such as the horizon. Don't do anything that involves focusing on a fixed spot, such as reading or playing a card game. Don't turn around or look from side to side much.

(( Hope that should help you !! ))

There are plenty of motion sickness pills. My cousin gets severely car sick, and they always help him. Make sure to follow the directions for best results.

Try not to look out the window, try looking at your lap or the floor and imagining you're somewhere else and not in a car, car sickness can be related to motion sickness, looking out the window where everything would be wizzing by could cause a little trouble

Make your body strong and say to yourself I will not sick.
That always works for me.
But I don't think it works for everybody.

I get car sick easily, and I find pills are helpful. However, because the pills are often unreliable, there are pressure points on your wrists which if you press, can reduce sickness levels. Also, avoid reading and playing video game, I find watching a movie or sleeping takes my mind off sickness and allows me to better enjoy my ride.

any kind of nausea meds will do , and yes they do have drowsiness as a side effect.. Just staying focused forward is the best. Also the less you have to be a passenger the better.
