Perhaps after entering senior high school when girls are permitted to attend some formal occasions like homecomings and proms. But it really depends on the person herself whether to wear a makeup. Besides, wearing makeups is not good for girls' skin. I would suggest as less as possible. :)
this is a personal decision but what I feel is that 17 is the may want to start. but angel say no because it blocks your skin pores so avoid. p.s. if you got a pipal use make up if you can't pop it I (blaze) suggest .
Whatever age they start turning ugly. If you're not ugly, and I bet you ain't, then you don't need it. Girls are plenty purty without any make up. Now us guys on the other hand could probably use a coat of paint or two.
Girls don't need to wear makeup period. unless its for a show, special occasion, or just hanging out with friends and family...every girl is beautiful, no matter what they r told. Forget the ''oh, you so ugly''. Because if you know its NOT TRUE, shutup and keep it movin!
When they start getting acne or have allergy breakouts. A good foundation will give a barrier to allergens, fight bacteria and, if needed, give some sunscreen protection. When I don't use a foundation I have more problems and breakouts. When I put on the foundation, most of the breakouts go away. When I use foundation, I feel I need some blush because the foundation evens the skin tones too much.
That is definitely a personal decision, but if you want my opinion, I'd say 13 or 14. But I would recommend not letting her (or you) Use too much, considering the skin is very sensitive while children are still young. :3
The only make-up I wore was eye-liner at the age of 15, but I only wore it for 2 days. For me, make-up makes me feel disgusting and it's not me at all. I love natural beauty, and there's nothing more beautiful than that, however, it is your own decision. If you're trying to deal with acne by covering it up; that's never going to help. If you're trying to hide your natural skin, because you feel extremely insecure, then it's time to accept yourself for what you look like and try to see past your looks. A person's looks or style does not define who that person is. It's their personality that matters the most. Don't let anyone judge you, not even yourself. If you're trying to get attention from men, let me tell you that a lot of men only care about your body and how hot or sexy you are. They don't care about anything else, but that. Most men will accept you for who you are. Be yourself. Don't change for anyone, because it's not worth it.
It’s a personal decision. I personally started wearing things like lip gloss at about seven years old, but only on special occasions. At about ten years, I wore lip gloss now and again, but not often, and I started wearing eye shadow on special occasions. I’m 13 now, and haven’t changed that yet, but I’m looking to get myself some concealer for under my eyes, as I have these permanent shadows there. Other than that, I think that girls shouldn't wear makeup on a daily basis, as it makes them look like a slut.
i think you should let the person decide. i started wearing make up in 5th grade but i didn't wear it everyday until about 7th. i knew how to wear it since i was a dancer, but it really depends on the person. don't hold them back and just let them learn from mistakes, they'll figure it out
it's a personal thing I think it's all about when you feel comfortable wearing it i started in the 6th grade but I wish i'd started fussing with it later I think it's important to only go out with lighter makeup at first like foundation and mascara and experiment with things like eyeliner and eyeshadow at home so you don't have messy raccoon eyes also remember while makeup can enhance features makeup isn't the thing that makes a girl pretty it's her natural beauty
Doesn't matter,..cuz every girl got her nature beauty that shows up without makeups,..and at the same point i guess it's personal,..it depends on the girl her self,..and sometimes on occasions YEA,..I don't like makeups but i put some on occasions,..ehh,..point is it depends on the girl
It depends on when you are comfortable to wear it, i started wearing lip gloss at 8yrs and i am 10 now but i only wear full makeup when i have to go to state championships for dance. I would recommend 15yrs.
I started wearing makeup last year (When I was 13) And I just find myself getting more pimples from the foundation, if you have no pimples don't bother on the foundation or it will just cause some. Maybe start with mascara and eye-shadow. In my opinion I find 13 is a good age but its really up to you.
