apple strabbery tomato banana green soy bean carrot cantaloupe almond beef jerky Dry red date shrimp oat black coffee froyo milk All are healthy snacks I try everyday to kill time. Most have low calories. So I sometimes only pick some of them while I am on diet. Most are fruits and vegetables though. Brocoli is nice for a diet too.
