Hives occur when a person is allergic to a certain food and/or medication... For example, people allergic to latex (myself included) after contact, can breakout in hives only where the latex touched the skin to hives affecting the entire body. As you probably already know, you need to go over her activities at the daycare to find out why she is having these outbreaks.. Also, she might be wearing a band-aid from a cut or scrape received while playing at daycare (they do make non-latex band-aids) which could be affecting her... Finally, place a call to her pediatrician... Questions are free-of-charge.. Best wishes...

I would bring her to the doctor ASAP. It's an allergic reaction to something, and you need to find out what it is so you can stop it in its tracks!
