Should I be taking vitamin B-12? I eat healthy and exercise, I just turned 40 and my energy is still low.

Yes you can still take them, and if you're energy is still low, i recommend you eat 7 dates everyday. Whenever you want, but preferably at breakfast. I hope it will help you!
P.s: you can always do a little research on dates to see their nutritional value and if it matches with your condition.

It's possible. If you don't eat a lot of meat, you can be deficient in B12, and that can make you feel tired. You can be tested for deficiency by a doctor, too.

Absolutely. There's no harm in taking vitamins. If your body doesn't need it, it'll just expel it. B-12 can definitely give you a boost. Talk to your doctor about your iron levels too. When I had low energy I found out I had an iron deficiency and taking iron tablets boosted my energy level.

Your body can't expel iron easily, too much iron is dangerous, men should never take an iron supplement.

That's why I said "talk to your doctor about your iron levels"
B-12 is fine. Iron can mess with your digestive system if you have too much, I know.
