Whey protein isolate was great for me, drink a shake before workout and after workout. Also high-protein meals (eggs, bacon, toast).

Your main goal is to top your daily protein ingestion and turn it into muscle. You need to begin a workout schedule for maximum benefits.

Six small meals a day plus whey protein isolate shake and work out at least 3 days a week do weight lifting first and then end it with running 30 to 40 mint every time u work out wish I helped u
