Is it ok to work out in the AM for an hour and another hour after work? or is that to much?

Yeah that is ok as long as you are changing muscle groups or doing cardio and then weights etc. You want to make sure you don't work any muscle too much so make sure you are rotating.

As long as you don't over stress your muscles and vary your routines between cardio, weights, etc. 2 hours a day isn't too much.

depends on how are you work out and what types you do, but generally no.
