How do i loose inches of body fat?

My goal is to loose about 1-2 inches of body fat per week. How do i do this? I am 14 and weigh 148-153 :( i know.. horrible huh. My goal weight is 120-130. No no.. im not going to the gym, i am planning to do excercises at home and walking an hour outside every day. What excercises should i do? How long? How often? How about diet? what should i eat and what should i not eat? Water.. yes i drink lots and lots of water everyday. Can i loose 10 pounds in 1 month? possible? dangerous? please help! i hate being called fat by my brother amd sister :( They dont know that what they say can hurt some one.

Honey, you are not fat. Contrary to most women's reckoning, I will tell you that men prefer curvier women over stick figures. Do not kill yourself to try to compete with airbrushed models that are selected for the covers by homosexual editors. That said 2 lbs a week is the maximum that is safe, especially for a young lady. Any more than that and you risk losing hair, messing up your cycle, and playing hell with your hormones. There are a lot of diets that claim to do more, but mostly that is water weight. I recommend a low carb diet (50 carbs or less per day,) with multivitamins, lots of water, regular modest exercise, and a plentiful amount of minimally processed foods.

eating salads might help you lose some of this unwanted body fat. and salads are very healthy.

Diets, exercise, etc! there are different diets out there! you can google them. you can go on YouTube, go to the gym, or even google exercises! don't eat a ton of sweets. eat things that are like 100 calorie bars, 90 calorie bars, etc. also eat salad and don't eat junk food like chips, cookies, chocolate, etc. I hope this helps! good luck! :)

Something that is really healthy to eat is celery...thats something i eat all the time. lots of fruits and vegetables..and like you said lots of water!

run a few laps in the park every day of the week

Run a mile everyday or ride a bicycle around your neighborhood everyday builds good leg muscles. Also eat healthier too don't drink sodas if your on a diet.

2 inches per week is not a reachable goal. How about you pay more attention to what you put into your body(foods,drinks) and exercise than loosing inches or weight.

you can eat small/ moderate meals. STAY AWAY FROM sugars and fatty foods. if you have cravings for them eat a small amount of it early in the day. the earlier you eat an unhealthy food the negative effects are lowered. make sure you get lots of sleep followed by a healthy diet of vegetables and small portions of meat. eat eggs in the morning. minimize your carbs. Make sure you eat a very large breakfast, a moderate lunch, and a small dinner. substitute unhealthy snacks with fruits and nuts. bananas are also considered a " fat burning food". wait an hour or two before you exercise. make sure you drink lots of water. you should sprint and do cardio exercises. after you lose the weight, you should do muscle exercises to tone your body. NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR PROGRAM AND IGNORE YOUR TEMPTATIONS AND EXERCISE EVERY DAY AND PUSH YOURSELF. but u should start off light on your exercises and work your way up to harder exercises. u can have a break day or two but still keep away from those unhealthy foods. dont worry youll shed pounds and tone your body if u stick to your routine in no time.
