How do i loose inches of body fat?
My goal is to loose about 1-2 inches of body fat per week. How do i do this? I am 14 and weigh 148-153 :( i know.. horrible huh. My goal weight is 120-130. No no.. im not going to the gym, i am planning to do excercises at home and walking an hour outside every day. What excercises should i do? How long? How often? How about diet? what should i eat and what should i not eat? Water.. yes i drink lots and lots of water everyday. Can i loose 10 pounds in 1 month? possible? dangerous? please help! i hate being called fat by my brother amd sister :( They dont know that what they say can hurt some one.
