So this summer, I've lost 20 pounds (my goal) through diet and exercise...Now after, I still keep losing weight? Is this normal?

Yesterday, I had Chinese food and the day before, I went to a really big dinner......now I weigh less than before! :/ is it my metabolism or could it be like an intestinal worm? I feel normal..

First off, Congratulations! That s quite a goal! Next your body is readjusting. As you were eating less before your body became adjusted to that amount of calories. When you are more you body didn't hold on to any extra because it can function without them. Plus if you gained muscle when you lost weight your metabolism will be slightly faster. With this said you can't go hog wild and not expect to gain weight. What it means is you need to maintain a healthy diet and can still have the occasional fun meal without the guilt.

If you feel normal everything should be fine. I tend to lose weight a month after I stop exercising and it just goes on for a few months. I think it is your metabolism

Probably it's your metabolism and maybe it would take your body sometime to adjust. Since you achieved your goal, the hardest thing would be maintain the weight. Watch your calories intake and keep on exercising.
