Please help its really urgent and my career depends on your guidance.?

I secured 58% in my Maharshtra HSC Exam 2013 in Science. I want to reappear/ repeat / improve my marks as i want to apply for iit jee mains+advance. My principal said that ill have to give the september2013 CIS exam inorder to be able to give feb 2014 hsc exams. Is it true? Im doubting cause she has a grudge on me. Is she misguiding me? Please help !!! Cause if she is true then my dreams will be shattered as i cant prepare in just a month and ill have to give up on writing the exam which is just on 27th sept n due to low preparations i fear my marks will drop even more. Please help me someone. Is it possible i can directly give the feb-2014 exam and skip this CIS exam she told me to compulsorily give.

It is not advisable to skip exams so as to get ahead. You should not lose hope because you have less time. Skipping it will mean that you will still have to do it at a later date. You can go to http://www.boardofstudies.nsw.edu.au/hsc_exams/ and contact them for more details.
