Help my printer says "door open" on it's status and won't print. What should I do?

there is only one document in its queue and the status says Deleting-Printing.

It could be that the print carriage has jammed or the printer needs some rest. You can correct the problem by first turning of the printer and then open the cartridge access door. Next, move the cartridge slightly to verify that it moves freely and check for the obstructions. After that, close the cartridge doors and if the problem rises again, consult a computer technician.

Door open suggests to me that one of the sensors is producing an error condition. Make sure that all the covers are in place. Then do a power on restart to see if that clears the queue. Go to control panel, printers and try a test pg. hope this helps.
