How many lbs. is 5 kg? You must be in Europe, no? Eat fiber and protein, not much carbo, or fat or sugar. In fact make it NO high carbo foods or sugar and small amounts of fat. God bless you. Also, increase exercise. Don't overdo it because that will make you stop altogether.
