Can I still get my lower back pierced without having back dimples?

Yea..one of my friends went to go get her back pierced and she dosent have back dimples. :)

everyone handles pain differently. One of my tattoos goes under my armpit and was told that is one of the worst places to have it done. when i got one on my calf, a place that is supposed to be less painful it was very paincul.

Yes you can. It doesn't matter if you have dimples, it just means they won't be using it as a marking spot.
