You have to find the power and confidence inside you to accomplish it. I struggled for many years to loose weight. It took a long time till I finally felt the happiness with myself to have the strength to loose 50 pounds. You can do it, just find your inner strength, start changing your life, surround yourself with changes that you like, new hobbies, new hair, new room, or anything that makes you happy. Add Water and Fruit to your diet. If you stop on the bread it will definitely help. && NEVER over eat, that will gain you more pounds then you deserve. Eat by servings and watch how the weight drops. (No soda, Fruit Juice,etc)
you need to do a diet that you can stick with one that isn't to hard like no carbs what so ever.. and then do cardio for an hour a day.. it takes commitment and determination.. of course its all easier said then done.. plus I've heard 5 min of pushups and 5 min of situps to the best of your ability before bed and when you wake up.. good luck you can do it!!
