Try trimming your nose hairs. Sometimes they grow too long where they tickle the inside of the nose and cause a natural cleaning reaction which is a runny nose. Or an irritating particle might get attached to the end of the hair. By the way, if your nose runs and your feet smell, you're built upside down.
It kind of does, what i recommend you use is something called otrevine its amazing after spraying it into your nose, breath in real hard inhale, after a minute of spraying it blow your nose and you'll be good till the end of the day. something else i recommend is drinking hot tea without any sugar.
Let the water run in the hot water faucet until it is at its most hot. Soak a clean washcloth in it and ring out all of the water that you can. Now hold it on your nose and breathe through the washcloth, Keep doing this for as long as it takes to relieve the pressure in your sinuses.

I simply place approximately 1 tablespoon of salt into a bowl of warm water and let it dissolve. Dip a cotton ball in it and squeeze a few drops of it into my nose. Wait a few minutes and blow my nose. It clears my sinus passage.
Doctors and pharmacists frequently recommend a saline nasal spray. It should contain purified water and sodium chloride (salt) only, no other ingredients. At the first sign of a cold spray your nose according to the directions. I prefer Simply Saline found at many grocery stores and pharmacies. These are safe, and doctors have been recommending saline nasal sprays for many, many years. I think the spray works better than the drops.
