What are some healthy preventative things I can do for my health and beauty at age 40? Please Read....

My energy is beginning to feel lower and I'm gaining and keeping my weight on longer, it takes longer and harder for me to loose weight. Also I'm noticing crows feet around my eyes. Anyone use any vitamins, creams, natural remedies that work good for you???

We should all drink plenty of water, get 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night, exercise, and eat well.
