Who knows any good simple exercises that will help flatten your abdomen or stomach area?

Besides crunches. Something that will flatten my abdomen area so I don't jiggle when I walk or take my shirt off just the abdomen area all my other parts are perfectly fine.

Planking and crunches are great exercises for that area. Also lose a little weight. You can sprint and have a healthy diet, by eating in moderations and avoiding sugar to lose weight.

Exercises help to tighten muscles underneath the skin and fat, so doing crunches probably won't help. You can't spot reduce fat, so I'd recommend doing some cardio. If all the other parts of your body are just fine, doing cardio will really help to get rid of any excess belly fat. Also, drinking a lot of water and eating fewer more frequent meals helped me a lot.

I do drink water a lot well I at least have one Gatorade everyday for my lunch at school. But most of the time water. I eat a little breakfast too and about a decent size dinner everyday.

Making your breakfast a bigger meal will help as well. Try to snack in between meals, you might be able to bring little baggies of carrots and fruit and them in between classes. :)

Running (cardio), planks, bike lay on the floor or sit kind of upright then pretend you're riding a bike, another good one is on the floor laying down put your feet straight out lift up slowly then bring down slowly..:)
