Do you think I have some sort of sleeping problem?
I'm thinking it's insomnia to a certain degree.. A lot of nights, I fall asleep, then wake up, and take a long while to fall back asleep. I wake up much earlier than I want to, and I often feel tired as soon as I get up. Sometimes I even take a couple hours to fall asleep the first time around. It's rare when I get a full night's rest. Any suggestions as to what may be going on?
