Is it bad to run every day?
I take about 1 day off from running a week. I usually run 2-4 miles a day, depending on how sore I am. My legs always feel really tense. Sometimes it's hard to bend between my calves and ankles. I stretch out before I run and I ice my sore muscles. Should I be running this much? If I continue to is there a way I can keep my muscles from getting so sore, besides what I already do?
