Do I have sleeping problems?

So every night it takes me nearly 2 hours to go to sleep. I dont have cafine before I go to bed. Anyone know what may be causing this? thx :) God bless

Try cutting the caffeine at 3:00 pm. Turn off your tv and electronics at least an hour before you plan to go to bed. Make sure your room is dark. Close your eyes and concentrate only on your breathing. You'll be asleep before you know it. 8)

I don't have caffeine all day and it still takes me 2 or 3 hours to fall asleep.

It just means we have a different internal clock than others. I sometimes get out of bed and do a few chores.

I know that feeling hun, thats the worst part sometimes.

I saw the Dr. last Thursday and next Thursday I have a CT scan scheduled, then waiting for the results, then meeting with the next doctor/specialist/surgeon. I'm priming myself for the next 6 months to a year.

At least you can sleep, I have insomnia, now thats a sleeping problem.
