Is "jealousy" or protectiveness a good thing in a relationship?
I've always found it to be healthy in doses. I think that if a person gets upset when the other talks to someone else or is flirted with by them, that shows that they care. I don't think it's necessarily trust issues, but more of respect issues... Ex: when their girlfriend is being flirted with and doesn't do anything about it, the guy is disrespecting her relationship and she is disrespecting her boyfriend. So her boyfriend has the right to get "jealous" or angry.
SOO many people are always saying that it's a bad thing though. Why? Is it?
