I smoked for fifteen years. I do a lot of driving now I drive for a living. I glued a cigarette to the dashboard told it it's the last one in my car it stayed there for a month I called it every name in the book. Told myself that's not stronger than me ten times a day. Finally I quite and that was in 2009. Smoke free today. You must learn to relax and be in control. First learn to do NOTHING. just nothing. Then learn to relax while doing nothing you CAN do it learn to do nothing first.
