I just lost 12 pounds I'm at my plateau what can I do to get over that and lose more weight

Just hang in there. As long as you haven't increased your eating or decreased your exercise you should start losing again.

You can lose more weight by refraining from eating junk or fatty foods; reduce your caloric intake. You need to replace them with whole grain and healthy foods.
