Why can't I loose weight?
I eat healthy and exercise 6 days a week 45 min to60 min a day.
Perhaps you lose fat but gain muscles so as a result your weight is the same.

you should wait for 2 weeks if you didnt lose weight. you should sleep a little less ! it is very good that you eat healthy foods. just keep it on!
maybe you should run every day.
Have your thyroid checked.
