At what age to women stop growing? and how do you know when you have stopped growing? also what are very good foods to make you grow taller?

i know your hight is mostly based on your genetics, but both my parents are tall :/ so anything on how to grow taller or why im not growing will be very helpful! p.s: i'm 16 years old, exercise daily and eat very healthy.

Women stop growing at a variety of ages. You're right, your genetics have a lot to do with the fate of your height, however, you might look at your grandparents for guidance on how tall you might be. It's not always directly correlated to your parents, as there are many genetics that skip generations.

In terms of foods, I am a big fan of milk and proteins. Stay away from over processed foods and try to eat foods that are as close to their natural state as possible. They are the healthiest for you and shouldn't impede growth

With that said, it is possible for women to continue growing past the age of 18. Your best indicator will be your menstrual cycle. Doctors say that your menstrual cycle will be continually erratic until you stop growing. Once you stop, it should settle into a fairly predictable schedule and flow.
