How do I get thinner legs/ thighs?
There's a gym in my neighborhood, but I don't know which machine would help the most. Would my best bet be a treadmill, bike machine, or elliptical? My mom's worried I'll get kidnapped, so I can't jog or run around the neighborhood without a friend (the gym is locked and you'd need a key to get in.) I've heard that elliptical can make your legs bulky and muscly and the bikes don't do much? Please answer ??
