What's the best way to get ride of ring worm?

About a month ago I got a bug bite on my left arm that ended up forming into a ring and itched . i had ringworm 2 years ago that got in through a bug bite on the same arm, just in a different spot that I got from giving my toddler cousin a bath. it was much worse and took up most of the lower half of my arm. but we fixed it and it went away. so when I got this one I have now we had some leftover prescription cream and it dried up. but two little rings formed on either side of the dried out ring and it popped up feather down my arm the cream doesn't seem to be helping anymore I even use an over the counter fungus pen and they aren't going anywhere. I'm stressing out because I cant go to the doctor right now and I start school in three days. what would be the best way to go about treating it? p.s. the prescription cream i was using is called :ketoconazole cream 2%

Any over-the-counter anti-fungal cream that contains miconazole nitrate can be used to get rid of ringworms. You can also talk to your doctor about prescribing some antifungal pills. Read on from www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/001439.htm.

Ringworm is fungal infection that requires fungicide. If you just have round bug bite, that's not same thing. See doctor if it won't heal.

me and my family just assume its ringworm but we're not exactly sure what it is. we jus know that they are not longer bug bites and they are getting bigger and spreading. hopefully these creams work if not I will most likely need to see a doctor. Thank you for the help!
