Mary wasn't married and he didn't have sex with her. It's a little more complicated than a rape baby. She was still a virgin after Jesus was born. That implies that he never actually had intercourse with her. It's more like she was the vessel for a Godly born messiah.
( 91 ) Allah has not taken any son, nor has there ever been with Him any deity. [If there had been], then each deity would have taken what it created, and some of them would have sought to overcome others. Exalted is Allah above what they describe [concerning Him].
( 92 ) [He is] Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, so high is He above what they associate [with Him]. Quran (23:91-92)
You know that adultery is a sin, but don't you know that it is impossible for the most high God to commit sin?
When the Holy Spirit performed the miraculous conception in Mary, the mother of our Lord, Christ Jesus, it was not done so by the same means which Adam and Eve multiplied. Not to mention Mary was not even married to Joseph!
As used in the Bible, adultery refers to voluntary sexual relations by a married person with an individual other than one's mate or in the time that the Mosaic Law was in effect , such an intercourse by any man with a married or betrothed woman. That God did not have sexual relations with Mary is brought out in Luke 1:35 where God's angel tells her, "Holy spirit will come upon you... for that reason what is born will be called holy, God's Son." Through the scriptures holy spirit is is not a person but God's active force by which he accomplishes his purposes. This same spirit was used to bring the first man Adam to life in Genesis 7:1. Just as God did not have sex with Adam's recently created body in order to bring forth life, he did not need to have some form of sexual union with Mary to cause her to become pregnant.
How is the procreation of ones own self considered to be adultery. For god so loved the world he gave his only -begotten- son. If you understood god and the godhead a little better you wouldn't ask such questions.
Are you trying to be funny? She wasn't married and was a virgin. It was immaculate conception, no intercourse involved. Adam came from the ground and Eve came from Adam's rib. These are all examples of God's infinite power.
