Ok. I'm confused. If someone that is deaf has to go to court, do they still call it a court hearing?

if they do.. that's messed up... that's like asking a blind person if they can see you!

Yes they do. And take it from an expert on the matter: Even deaf people would think that logic was silly.

Yes, they do, because its already common terminology. No matter what person walks into the court, it will always be a court hearing (if it is). ;)
