is it a major concern when you wake up without vision in half of your left eye? it slowly went away later. I'm not sure...

It went away but now I have an incredible headache.

I think that's enough of a concern to go get it looked at. Make an appointment with an eye doctor.

you need to go get that checked, you might need glasses if you dont already have A sixth nerve abductees palsy makes the I turn medically, giving the eye a “crossed appearance.” This isotropic is worse when attempting to look toward the side of the lesion.

Ababducteesalsy can be caused by vasculitic processes like hypertension and diabetes. It can also occur in the setting of high intracranial pressure. A subtle ababducteesalsy can often be seen in cases of pseudotumor cerebri.

Usually that should go away but if it happens again tomorrow, see an opthamologist. You will have to follow up with a doctor to make sure that you don't have anything serious going on. Eye problems should never be ignored at all.

My guess is you have just had your first migraine headache. Welcome to the club. This is the way I got my first one, too. Fortunately for me, I don't get much pain. I get a lot of the other effects. You need to see a doctor. Even though my guess is you have started to have migraines, the symptom of losing a portion of your vision could mean something else more serious. My doctor put me through many tests to see if any of those worse conditions applied to me. See the doc. Good luck.
