Wash your face twice a day (morning & night) also don't touch your face except when you wash your face because our hands contain many germs. If you lean your hand for a head rest don't do that it makes you dig grease into your face. Stay away from greasy food too you can still eat it maybe like once every 2 weeks. If you do get blemishes then apply tooth paste to them before going to sleep and it should reduce color and a bit of size. & the simplest trick is DRINK A LOT OF WATER!
