Honestly, I think we are a bit of a science project of sorts. He gave us free-will, unlike any others, and wanted to see what would come of it. I think He ultimately looks out for our well being, but He lets us (just like any good father would), try on our own.
My dad always said, " The best way to teach a fool a lesson, is to let them have their own way".
There is something called "God Complex" which is also a part of human psychology too. You can check out philosophy sources for the arguments. The desire of having descendants is a part of god complex. As far as I know the reasons are not that clear, maybe it is a fight to beat the infinitude of the time.
He created us so that we could have a two-fold relationship with him. As our Heavenly Father, a mutual relationship of love, and affirmation and provision from Him. As our God, a relationship of worship, and from Him healing, direction, restoration, and transformation into the likeness of Christ.
Allah (Arabic word for God ) has told us that the creation of the heavens and the earth, and of life and death, is for the purpose of testing, so as to test man. Whoever obeys Him, He will reward him, and whoever disobeys Him, He will punish him. Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):
(2) Who has created death and life that He may test you which of you is best in deed. And He is the AllMighty, the OftForgiving . Quran (67:2)
One of the greatest reasons for which Allah has created mankind - which is one of the greatest tests - is the command to affirm His Oneness (Tawheed) and to worship Him alone with no partner or associate. Allah has stated this reason for the creation of mankind, as He says (interpretation of the meaning):
(56) And I (Allah) created not the jinn and mankind except that they should worship Me (Alone) Quran (51:56)
Allah has not created man to eat, drink and multiply, in which case he would be like the animals. Allah has honoured man and favoured him far above many of those whom He has created . Allah says :
(3) Leave them to eat and enjoy, and let them be preoccupied with (false) hope. They will come to know! . Quran (15:3)
He created us to love and to love Him back, to enjoy His creation and the life He gives us, to show His love to each other and give Him all the glory and then ultimately- to praise Him for all eternity- because He is worthy.
He created us to become one of us and dwell with us. Adam messed that up but he came to us anyway only to die in order to save his most precious creation...you and me. Now we have a chance to live with our creator forever.
God created us with the intentions cited in the scriptures found inGenesis 1&2 if you have 5 minutes maybe more depending on how you analyze the scriptures you'll not only find out why did he make us, what was the purpose, and how he made us but you'll be sure that what your going to learn isn't altered by any man its inspired by god himself. also having a better relationship with our creator will help us learn more about him part of that is reading the bible daily No matter how little we read and by prayer. if you have time also look at psalms 83:13 wich says "that people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah, you alone are the most high over all earth"
According to Luciferianism, Ialdabaoth, or god as some know him, created us as slaves to feed his narcissism and alleviate his insecurity. When our liberator, Lucifer, shared fruit from the tree of knowledge with us and showed us the truth, Ialdabaoth began his crusade to make us all suffer. Lucifer filed suit against him in the high court but they had to settle. So now we have some rights, thanks to Lucifer but god got most of the say about what goes in the bible. Lucifer was not aloud to plead his case because he did not create us but he was aloud to share the injustice done to him in symbolism within the bible. He was not cast out of heaven but rather just denied rights to protect us wholly, he looked at that as a failure. So now tyranny reigns. Lucifer did give some of us a weapon we can use to liberate our selves- atheism. This is the thing god hates most because it is the only thing that can destroy him and its in the hands of his own creation.
