Hangovers are a form of dehydration. If you plan on drinking, try consuming a glass of water with every drink. (1.5oz of hard liquor or 1- 12 ounce beer). Avoid pop and energy drinks with caffeine which make it worse. Take B vitamins, drink powerade or gatorade. When you're done drinking, consume cheese and nuts. These 2 food groups absorb alcohol and SOBER you up.
what I do when I drink I make sure I drink water after every beer even if its just a little and right before I go to sleep I take 3 ibuprofen , and I wake up feeling like new. but make sure you drink a lot of water after and before drinking
