Anything under 120/80 is considered pretty normal--down to about 90/60 or so. I've had my bp drop to that low number on a couple of occaisions, and it was awful. For me, it was nowhere near normal.
You should talk to your doctor if you are worried. They sell blood pressure monitors in drugstores. Sometimes the pharmacists will take your bp for you as well. One thing you can do is to start monitoring your bp randomly throughout a few days or a week. When you see your doctor, you can share those numbers. It will help to get a better picture of your overall blood pressure health.
it is healthy, its a resting rate, i know a girl who has a resting heart rate of 57, she is very atheletic and is in very good shape and takes care of herself very well so it is ok and my resting heart rate is 72 beats per minute
At rest anything between 60-100 is acceptable. When you are active, it should be 100-180. If its that high during resting, there's a problem. If it falls below 50 BPM at rest, that would trigger some concern. Assuming you aren't holding your breath and intentionally trying to have that low of a heart rate.
