Why am I having all this rapid weight gain?
Hi I am 14 and I was in recovery for a eating disorder i am not anymore. like several weeks ago i was like 106lbs all summer I had to eat brunch: 3 sausage patties, fruit, mini waffles, no lunch Dinner: meat, veggie, starch and night snack Ice cream. I just started school and I have been having Breakfast: fruit, low cal think thin granola bar, lunch: low cal soup around same to maybe lower to amount in summer and dinner: meat, veggie, starch and night snack: ice cream My weight keeps going up now it says 112 I feel sooooo gross my legs are all watery and jiggly I dirnk a lot of diet soda but im so bloated I dont know why my weight has jumped so much I want it to g back down to 106 and soon :( HELP!! And I am probably eating 1300-1500 calories or so im not sure BUT IT WONT STOP GOING UP EVERYDAY!!!! :( :(
