LOSE the diet soda.... It has been proven to help you gain weight. It has been reported that it makes you crave carbs
Jiggly anything can be taken care of with exercise.

NEVER worry about what you weigh. Concern yourself about what you look like. If you exercise and gain muscle...You will gain weight. Muscle weighs more than fat does..... so NEVER EVER EVER worry about your weight. Just take care of your appearance AFTER you have a logical representation of your appearance.

Do you work out? The only way to stop from being jiggly is to exercise and build some muscle! Go running! Stay away from sodium...it'll make you puffy--go with ice cold water :) Even diet soda is bad for the body.

if you've been exercising then your muscle is going to make you weigh more ( muscle weighs more than fat). If you have not been exercising then the weight is just from eating and being non-active. Try making an work out schedule for each day ( 30 minutes a day will work-make sure you get some cardio in there). If you don't see any improvement after about a month of working out, then you should see your doctor.

First, keep calm darling! You are beautiful no matter how much you weigh! And secondly, weight gain is completely natural, for 14 year old I believe you should be around 120 pounds! And your no where close to that honey! If you really want to lose weight, don't cut back on eating, start working out! :) Remember, weight is normal! And working out is a healthy way to to maybe lose some pounds. (Which you don't need to lose!) Good luck beautiful girl! :)

You need to eat the normal amount of calories! At least 2000. Any less would be depriving your body of its vital fuel. Then our body is all like "crap we're starving" so it starts storing fat so you can last longer without enough food. 1500 isn't that bad but just don't go to like 500 or anything cray-cray like that. The deal is this:just eat very often: a breakfast, a brunch, a lunch, a mid afternoon snack, a dinner, and a evening snack. But make all those healthy or at least healthy-ish foods. Oh and also you can exercise. P.S. you are a little under NORMAL weight for your age. So don't sweat it. If this is about boys, we like some meat on our girls. XD

Switch the diet soda for more water, and exercise to tighten up the jiggles.
