How can you lose weight without a lot of exercising?

Well Autumn and winter are coming soon and I eat a lot in winter for some strange reason.. But I have no time to go to the gym and its too cold to run outside, Yet I don't have any exercising equipment at my house, I can do push ups and etc. But mainly I wanna know what foods to eat

You don't need workout equipment. The only equipment I use is for my arms. You can do some core workouts, go on walks or runs, burpies, planks, crunches, donkey kicks, pull-ups, jumping jacks, etc. Working out along with a balanced diet is the best way to lose weight in a healthy way. If you just eat healthy without working out it's going to take a long time to shed off any.

Working out kick-starts the weightless and also helps you to have more energy. If you're out doing things more and working out then you're less likely to sit around bored and eat.

Exercise is not only a way to lose weight, but literally everyone should be exercising to promote a healthy body, better state of mind, reduce stress, have more energy, and feel fulfilled.

As far as food goes, eat carbs before a workout and a protein after. It's all about portion size. Always look at the calories and how large a serving size is. Every time you eat, you should only have a serving size, unless it's fruit or vegetable. Eat often and in small amounts. Good luck!

Stay away from the processed foods and eat fresh fruits and veggies. you can also jump rope to burn some of those extra calories off

Eat 200 calorie meals six times a day with a glass of water after each. meal put on some music and dance 10 min more if you can don't for get to drink two more glasses of water that's how I lost 100 big ones.

Just eat right, cut down your proportions. Eat lots of vegetables , I just lost 18 pounds from doing that, and without exercising.

Walk. Walk maybe 20 minutes, 3 x a week. And new 'hot' weight loss idea is to eat normal (not pig out) five days a week and fast (under 600 calories - must include protein) two days a week. Can have both fast-days together or spread 'em out. Most people do Mon/Thurs. Idea is that it shakes up your metabolism. Know a lot of people losing serious weight this way.

No time is a bad excuse not to exercise. Your workouts don't have to 2 hours long, it is most efficient for them to be short and intense. Eat lots of vegetables, fruits and protein. Protein Is the most important nutrient when it comes to losing weight. Your body uses more calories to digest protein and it is the only way for muscles to grow.

If you can't get busy outside, then get busy inside. Do chores around the house. Since my floor is solid, I always sweep sweep and sweep. And of course, do a lot of mopping. Get your behind up and do something. Clean your bathroom or kitchen. Or rearranged something. Wash clothes. Clean dishes with your hands. Walk around your whole house until you get tired. Do extra work around the house. Do a lot of cooking. Also, only eat when you are hungry. Cut down fatty foods. Drink lots of water. Make and eat fruit salads a lot. And eat candy or mints or chew gum. That's is what I do, so that I don't have to rely on food all the time.

All you have to do is cut down on your junk food and eat healthy if your a person like me who doesn't like to eat healthy food, you can eat little junk food and a little healthy food.

Losing weight Is all in the diet. If you change and eat healthy that's 60 % of the battle. Now for the working out part, push ups, sit ups, burpees, crunches will tone. For cardio, look up H.I.T trainng. You could also buy the INSANITY dvds or pirate them off the internet.

well there are weight loss salt and sugar that can lose your weight by sprinkling it in any food even ice cream, donuts, chocolate, and it only cost like 5 bucks.

Drinking Lemon water is not only healthy, but it fills you up more. search it up on google and there are several websites that will tell you how it helps. drinking about half of a lemon mixed with water each morning (if you weigh less than 150) is a good idea. its important to mix it with water though because the strong flat out lemon juice can be rough on your teeth.

Atkins diet works great. Look it up. They have a recipe book, too. Only 30 carbs a day for phase 1. You just have to stay commited.

Depends on your body.

Pick one carbohydrates or fat you can't have both..

Carbohydrates being sugars and white bread.
Fat being mostly all meat.

I myself did this for a summer and lost 20 kg.


To hell with all these diets. Eat as much as you want when you want so long as throughout the day you don't mix carbs and fat. You will need to eat both however one should be in a very low volume. Doesn't matter which.

every action needs the required tools. working out is one of the tools you should apply to lose weight. diet and sleeping is another one. a quick guide for diet is that whatever you eating stop eating before you are full. it means if it takes you for example 8 spoon of something to be full just eat 5 spoon. if you assume this number 8 is the area of your stomach, by eating 5 spoon you will stretch back your stomach area to 5. therefore a smaller area of food reserve in body will cause lower fat in the whole body.

Do not drink orange juice! You may want to get some extra estrogen, (I don't remember the reading on that... But it says somewhere to do that) Try and avoid carbs such as breads and rice as much as you can, but still make sure you get some in your stomach as you could suffer from malnutrition. Drink lot's of water for your skin, A- because if you lose weight too fast you can get stretch marks, and B- well it's good for you, duh...
You may have a low thyroid or low metabolism, and may want to even check with the doctor just to make sure :)

Something has to give. Eat less or walk more. You can have a piece of pizza now and then (as an example) just not the whole box. A little exercise is better than no exercise. Eat protein reduce carbs. Fat makes you fat... Not calories. The confusion lies in the fact that one gram of fat has 9 calories. Eat lean and automatically reduce calories. A quick web search easily finds lo fat food choices.

eat 2 eggs morning now on and evening with 3 pieces of bacon in the evening meal 3 snacks in between meals apple 3 cookies or veggies water tea or coffee milk no soda to drink. 40 pounds off in 2 months no bread no cereal this works eggs are tummy flatterers and are filling. I eat my eggs fry-ed in olive oil very good for the body...

ignore all the things people say to you, if you mean you want a short workout without having to worry about diet then use the afterburn effect, i used this over 12 weeks and im in the best shape of my life! it involves short intense workouts that you only need to do 4 days a week, instead of hours of working out this works in only just 30 minutes and its proven to be much more effective at losing weight, once you have lost weight you can add that muscle on and it will be a lot easier than trying to get muscle when you've got that layer of fat over it, search afterburn training on youtube and i guarantee you will find something

Simple eat nothing but fresh fruit and veggies dont juice them. Eat them with very little dressing. Heres a secret take an aloe plant - take a fork and tap at base of leaf not hard and not soft but just enough and DO NOT CUT repeat till skin breaks and drain liquid drink this. also you can boil fresh beats and eat and drink them, this will help pure your blood and lower fat. All veggies can help you and walk a little. And no sneaking treats before its time. do this until you feel the amount of weight u needed gone is gone and drink plenty of water and very little orange juice(it strips your teeth of anamal and that doesnt grow back). Also dont for get to try new types of veggies. NO CHEATS - heavy cooking seasoning, frying of any kind, or so called veggie chips!!! I am 14 i helped my mom go from BIG to a size 12 in jeans. Have your friends support you EVERYONE needs help!!!!

Drink lots of water, and eat healthy. The best thing I learned is to stay away from the center of the store. so eat lots of fruits and veggies, dont eat a lot of red meat, eat more chicken and turkey or lean beef. You can eat nuts and beans for proteins as well. I like to have fresh fruit smoothies and I usually eat oat meal or peanut butter and banana toast for breakfast since its fairly healthy. And for lunches, I eat light salads, or a chicken breast and sweet potato. And dinner is Chicken and veggies. Almonds are really good for you stay away from cashews since they are high in fat. If you cook your food using oils you can switch to coconut oil since its really healthy for you. You might also wanna try adding green tea to your diet since it boosts your metabolism and helps you burn fat faster. I changed my diet in august and I lost 5 lbs the first week with no exercise. I added walking and other varies exercises and have lost some more. if you have instagram follow @chloesfitness and @myweightloss they have amazing dieting and workout stories and have really helped me learn how to eat right.

Jogging-(running in place) on mini-trampolene + diet. This is zero impact on knees-can be broken down such as 5 minutes or 10 minute sessions to equal say 20 minutes a day or sometimes 10. Indoors-safe-all weather-anything after 5 minutes is cardio improvement. I'm not tired after sessions and there's no way I could go outside and jog 20 minutes a day. Mini-trampolene is very inexpensive. With addition dieting-i prefer eating less some days and added salmon or mackeral 2 days a week for omega 3 but still enjoy pizza occasionally and heaping of spaggetti.

you dont' need alot of exercise to lose weight, but it helps speed up the process.... and it always helps to exercise so you aren't left with alot of excess skin.... watch youtube and do exercise stuff like that...

Eat super clean. Stay away from grains, sugar, and dairy. Keep in mind you should eat food that is full of nutrients. Things like fruits, vegetables, meats, and nuts. Staying fit is a combination of exercise and eating right, but eating has a large part in it.

drink green tea!!!! they sell it at "99 cents" store. it really works and its cheap. it will be good because cold weather is comming up so hot tea is a must. i tried it over the summer and i lost like 20 pounds. not only do you loose weight but you get a flat stomach. i usually take it when i have a family party and i eat a lot. or before a Big party which helps me get a flat stomach for my dress. the bad part of it is that the tea makes you shit so you got to the restroom after 7-9 hours after you took the tea. good luck and hope i helped!!

I've had the same problems for ages. You have to cut out carbohydrates or eat only half of what you normally eat. That's hard though. If you like to eat something hot and hearty when you are cold, then train yourself to get into other habits that don't add so many calories. Drink tea and eat a snack of nuts and apple. Carbohydrates especially starches slow your metabolism down.

I've been reading articles from doctors who do natural health medicine. Another suggestion is take the raspberry tone pills. I took the green coffee extract for a few months but found out the raspberry works better. Just started on that. See Dr. Oz for good ideas or Dr. Colbert. www.drcolbert.com or Dr. Brownstein. (All on the Internet).

One of the latest findings is that some fats are good for you even saturated fats. Coconut oil is fine and real butter (not margarine) for cooking. Olive oil especially the extra virgin kind is good for salad dressings. Stay very low on sugar. Eat lots of salads or make a soup with about 8 vegetables in it. I do that.

Nuts are good for you. Eat 1 Tbsp. peanut butter every day to clean out your pores, cleans out the bad cholesterol. If you feel better you can exercise much better.
