How much water should i be drinking ?
im 15 yrs old and i was wondering how much water should i be drinking a day ?
All of these people are wrong, the correct amount of water is half of your body weight in fluid oz. Example: if you weigh 120, you should drink 60 fl oz of water a day.
The minimum is 64oz. You should be getting 96oz of water a day. I know it's a lot.
