The best way to un-freeze is through Task Manager, as siggit stated, although there is another way to the Task Manager too. Click CTRL, ALT, DELETE, then click on the app you want un-frozen. Click on the END TASK and the app will be ready for you to do what you want to do with it (delete, close or unload it from your computer, device or phone.
if you have an android phone hold and press home. then swipe. this should close the application. if its an iPhone double press the home button and touch the squiggly x. it should close the app. then restart the app, by opening it.
You can remove an app that has frozen by pressing and holding the power button until a shutdown screen appears. You should then press and hold the home button. You are then expected to hold the button until the frozen app closes and you see your home screen.
This works with apple devices. If u are stuck on an app, just hold the power button and shut your device down. After 3 seconds, you turn it back on by holding the power button. Then it should get you to the home screen. If its on the app, just press the home button two times and then go to the home screen.
You need to wait until the app has an update available. When it does, update it and then restart your phone. It should work then, but if it doesn't, delete the app and re-download it. If you don't want to do that, then you could clear the app so it has memory space left in it. The app could just be full. Good luck!
