You can't really think out menstrual blood. Blood thinners like aspirin might work in other situations, but they can't break down menstrual clots that have already formed. Talk to your doctor for professional advice.

Well like everyone has said, you can't really. Your heavier days are generally the first couple but yeh different for everyone and although there is a cycle you can't really alter it. Doing sport and getting your blood pumping can increase it..... Just to let you know.... For no particular reason...
