Run or walk on a treadmill for 20-30 mins. You can watch Tv while doing this and it goes a lot faster. Also, you could run around your neighborhood in the morning while listening to music. Also make sure to do a couple crunched before meals. Hope I help :3
Be continually active, eat healthy, don't do drugs (everything from smoking to drinking), and only have things like chips and other goodies on occasion. Don't force your body, because if you try, you will gain back the weight.
