If you do a google search for AdBlocker Pro, you can find a tool that will work for you, and for advertisers that are respectful of your time. If you block all ads, the content you want, especially from smaller providers, will go away. If you value the content, then you need to help them find some way to pay for it. Put yourself in place of someone with a website or blog that you value, and if you would be willing to do the same thing for no revenue at all.
you don't because i'm bet that you want it for YouTube and if you skip those ads they don't make money and then they cant make more videos so be respectful for what people do to entertain you and if its not for YouTube then the same rules apply for ever were else
